Students will learn how to navigate a formal dinner, including handling different courses, the art of small talk during meals, and understanding non-verbal cues to exude confidence and composure. 2. Cultured Courtesies (1.5-hour class)

Cultured Courtesies offers a deeper dive into the social side of dining etiquette, extending beyond the basics to equip students with the skills needed to navigate complex dining scenarios with grace. In this 1.5-hour class, students will explore cross-cultural dining etiquette, learning how to gracefully respond to invitations, make toasts, and avoid common faux pas. They’ll practice engaging in meaningful table conversation, handling awkward moments, and mastering social interactions around the dining table. The class includes interactive role-play scenarios to ensure students leave with the confidence to shine in any social setting, from casual get-togethers to elegant dinners.

3. The Polished Professional (2-hour class)

The Polished Professional is an advanced two-hour class designed for students preparing to enter professional environments where dining plays a significant role. This course focuses on business dining etiquette, teaching students how to handle high-stakes meals, such as interviews, client dinners, and networking events, with poise and professionalism. Students will learn how to confidently lead or participate in a business meal, the appropriate timing for discussing work matters, and how to make lasting impressions while balancing food and conversation. Additionally, this class covers how to navigate the etiquette of tipping, wine pairings, and managing formal dining settings, ensuring students stand out as polished professionals ready to succeed in any business scenario.
